The Construction Management newsletter publishes twice per year, in January and June.

Dear Alumni and Friends,

Spring is a wonderful time of celebration at Colorado State University, and there is a long list of achievements to celebrate in the Construction Management Program. As alumni, faculty, staff, and supporters, we should all feel extremely proud of what the Ram Built Nation has accomplished thus far in the academic year, as detailed in the following articles.

I don’t believe it is an exaggeration to say that the construction industry, both in Colorado and nationally, faces significant challenges ahead, such as workforce growth and retention. Scroll and read about how our students, faculty, research, and industry partnerships are facing these challenges head-on and shoulder-to-shoulder.

I have always considered the department’s industry involvement throughout our teaching, research, service, and outreach mission to be one of the program’s strongest traits. And this year, through our reaccreditation process, ACCE agreed when it recognized one of the program’s most outstanding strengths to be the high-level industry involvement. We would not be recognized as one of the best construction management programs in the U.S. without industry engagement.

On behalf of all the department’s faculty and staff, I want to extend a big THANK-YOU to our alumni and industry partners in playing a huge part in our department’s success!

Department of CM awarded seven-year reaccreditation
