Virginia Smith has never looked back since deciding on Colorado State for her BSW degree. Following graduation this fall she’s already looking forward to graduate study, to continue following her passion for social work policy within the field of education.
Kendal Nolan has continuously proven people wrong, showing that factors that many people would consider setbacks are actually her main motivators. She will be graduating this fall with a 3.89 GPA and is an outstanding graduate from the Department of Human Development and Family Studies.

Jennifer Fyhrie is a first-generation, non-traditional student and a parent who returned to school to earn her second degree in human development and family studies. She has maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout her academic career.
Veteran Josh Tenborg says he wasn’t a successful student when he attended college the first time. After a seven-year hiatus, he returned to earn his degree in health and exercise science graduating with academic honors.
