Hayley (Knicely) O’Shields, a graduate from the Department of Occupational Therapy at CSU, is the preferred communities case manager at the African Community Center in Denver, working to create a position specifically for occupational therapists within the organization. Starting in May 2022, the professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate program will replace the master’s program for all incoming students. The Department will continue to offer a Ph.D. in Occupation and Rehabilitation Science for students who want to pursue a career in research and teaching.
