Poster exhibit opens Oct. 17

A Poster for RED (Again)
.

The “RED (AGAIN)” exhibit will be open from Thursday, Oct. 17 through Nov. 1. Visit the Nancy Richardson Design Center on Oct. 17 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for the opening celebration. Space is limited, so please register here by Oct. 10.

The posters in “RED (AGAIN),” first shown in 1988, are original posters from the Soviet Union during the Gorbachev era of glasnost and perestroika. Now, 30 years later, the collection is a unique snapshot of that short period of dramatic change in the world. We are again in a time of dramatic change. These posters showing soon at Colorado State University for the first time, three decades later, is significant and symbolic. We hope you will join us for this special evening.

Thank you to all those who have generously contributed to the Colorado International Invitational Poster Exhibition campaign, which supports exhibitions like “RED (AGAIN)!”
