The College of Health and Human Sciences Alumni Awards recognize alumni of the College who have distinguished themselves and brought honor to CSU through their career achievements, community service and volunteer efforts.
Nominations are now being accepted for the sixth annual CHHS Alumni Awards program. Nominees must be a graduate of one of the eight academic programs within CHHS. All nominations must be received by Friday, June 21, 5 p.m. MDT in order to be considered.
CHHS Alumni Awards
The CHHS alumni awards program offers an opportunity for one or more CHHS alumni nominees from any department or school to be recognized for their achievements. The two awards sponsored by the CHHS Executive Leadership Council, and the CHHS Emerging Leaders Council are the CHHS Outstanding Alumna/Alumnus Award and the CHHS Emerging Leader Alumna/Alumnus Award.
The CHHS Outstanding Alumna/Alumnus Award celebrates outstanding alumni from the College who, through their distinguished careers and/or service to the university, state, nation, or world, have brought honor to Colorado State University and to themselves.
The CHHS Emerging Leader Alumna/Alumnus Award recognizes recent graduates (within the last ten years) of the College for accomplishments made in the areas of career, service, and/or volunteer efforts that have brought honor to the individual and to the College/University.
How to nominate
If you are interested in nominating an Alumna/ Alumnus, please visit the CHHS Alumni Awards website for additional information on eligibility, requirements, and forms.
If selected, award winners and nominators will be notified by the CHHS Dean, or designee. Awardees will be invited to join the College of Health and Human Sciences during the annual scholarship event, which will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
