Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center Student Spotlight: Courtney Pfaff

Courtney Pfaff is from Las Vegas, Nevada. She is a senior in the Department  Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in dietetics management.

Pfaff is particularly interested in integrative and functional nutrition as well as nutritional therapy for eating disorders. Her career plans include completing a master’s program in nutrition, completing her dietetic internship, and then becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist. She would ideally like to work in a nutrition counseling setting, similar to the work done at the Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center.

Pfaff is a practicum student for the KRNC. “My favorite part of working at KRNC has been the client experience, as well as the guidance from the registered dietitian nutritionists. I love watching the dietitians interact with clients and provide them with the tools they need to reach their health and nutrition goals,” she said.

The Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center is in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, part of CSU’s College of Health and Human Sciences.
