Lindsay was born and raised in Michigan but Colorado has been her home for 14 years. Her academic journey started at Metropolitan State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She then pursued a Master’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University, graduating in 2018. Currently, she is a graduate student at Iowa State University, completing her dietetic internship to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

Lindsay particularly loves learning about digestion and gut health. She is also very passionate about nutrition education and sharing years of cultivated knowledge with people from all walks of life. She remarks, “Teaching people about nutrition and giving them the tools to make informed decisions about their diet is very fulfilling.”

During her time working with the Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center, Lindsay says, “I have genuinely enjoyed every minute spent at the KRNC. From a counseling practicum student in my final semester of graduate school to my current position as a dietetic intern—the KRNC has exposed me to a wide range of diverse topics and projects that have enhanced my expertise in the field of nutrition and dietetics. This is an amazing learning environment!”
