KRNC recipe of the month – Peach frozen yogurt

Juicy, ripe peaches frozen and blended with yogurt make for a perfect treat to cool you down on a hot summer day!Peach frozen yogurt recipe.

Serving Size: 3/4 cup

Yield: 4 servings

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine peaches and sugar in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  3. Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a measuring cup.
  4. With food processor on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube.
  5. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides once or twice.
  6. Serve immediately.
