Holiday Cooking with Beer
Come and spend an evening with us and explore a variety of options to cook with beer for this winter season. The recipes selected will be sure to leave you warm and thankful during this snowy winter season.
EAT, DRINK AND BE JOLLY:
Join us, December 1 for our cooking infused recipes that have been carefully paired with CooperSmith’s Autumn Ales. Be sure to bring your appetite because after you have crafted your recipes it will be time to eat and enjoy your delicious creations. This cooking class offers the knowledge and instructions to create: Breaded Pork Chops with a Cider Cherry Sauce, Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Beer, Green Chili and an Ale Spice Cake. As your stomach growls from the delight of these wonderful foods, also keep in mind that before the cooking class there will be a beer tasting with CooperSmith’s Beer Master who will be guiding you through a free taste testing at 5:30 p.m.
