Come join us for a special class offered by CSU’s Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center, sponsored by CooperSmith’s Pub and Brewing, where you will learn to add extra flavor to classic recipes with different styles of local craft beer. Come hungry, because this class will feature mac-n-cheese with beer cheese sauce, beer-battered fish, green chili infused with CooperSmith’s green chili beer, and a pumpkin spice cake with chocolate dipping sauce, made with a pumpkin brown ale.
