Eat, drink, and celebrate fall
Join CSU’s Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center for a hands-on cooking experience featuring fall-themed recipes. With guidance from KRNC, each participant will cook each recipe to create their own fall-inspired meal: pecan-crusted pork with homemade apple chutney, creamy goat cheese polenta, classic ratatouille, and honey and ginger poached pear!
Bring a friend, colleague, or loved one to a fun, hands-on interactive evening of cooking a themed four-course meal! The cost is $90 per couple/pair.
Date and time:
Friday, November 11, from 6-8 p.m.
Gifford Building Room 237/239 on the CSU campus (502 W. Lake St.).
How to register:
The Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center is in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, part of CSU’s College of Health and Human Sciences.
