October “Cooking with Beer” Cooking Class hosted by KRNC
Join us for a culinary celebration with a beer-infused Oktoberfest menu. Learn how to incorporate beer into traditional German, fall-inspired recipes. There will also be a private beer tasting with our sponsor, Intersect Brewing. This class sells out every year —register NOW to reserve your spot!
EAT, DRINK AND CELEBRATE FALL:
CSU’s Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center is offering a hands-on cooking experience with craft beer from local-favorite, Intersect Brewing. With guidance from KRNC, each participant will cook each recipe to create their own Oktoberfest meal: crispy pork schnitzel, beer-braised cabbage, authentic German potato salad, and beer cookies. Come early for a private beer tasting before the class at 5:30pm (included in the cost).
Bring a friend, colleague or that special someone to a fun, hands-on interactive evening of cooking a themed four-course meal!
