The 2019 Winemaster Dinner will feature foods and wines of South Africa
The dinner is the semester project for the RRM 415 Catering/Culinary Arts class. Students, most of whom are seniors in the Hospitality Management program, spend the semester learning culinary techniques and international flavor principles as well as the basics of the catering industry. The dinner is presented as a way to showcase the skills learned in the class and is a fund-raiser for student travel. Students use the funds to travel to the National Restaurant Association show in Chicago, Hotel X – the international hotel show in New York, or IMEX – the international conference and events management show in Las Vegas.
When: May 7th, Standing appetizers at 5:30 pm and Dinner seating at 6:00 pm
